Ingredients of Masala Chole

  1. You need to prepare 3 tsp of Oil.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of Chickpeas.
  3. You need to prepare 1 of onion chopped.
  4. You need to prepare 2 of tomatoes puree.
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  6. You need to prepare 1 pinch of Turmeric powder.
  7. You need to prepare To taste of Salt.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Chole (chana Masala).
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste.
  10. You need to prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  11. Prepare 1 of Tea bag.
  12. You need to prepare As needed of Water.
  13. Prepare As needed of chopped fresh coriander leaves.

Masala Chole directions

  1. First of all, Wash the channas and Soak them overnight in water.....
  2. Now, Take a cooker, Add water and pinch of salt and Add soaked channas and also put tea bag in cooker....Close the lid and boil it for 2 -3 whistles....
  3. Now take a pan, Heat Oil..And then add cumin seeds, onions and ginger garlic paste and cook until turns golden brown......
  4. Then add salt, red chilli and turmeric powder and also tomato puree......Mix all well and cook until oil separates.....
  5. Add Boiled channas and little water and add Choley Masala and Cook for 15 minutes more.....
  6. Garnish with onions slices and Coriander leaves.....
  7. Serve hot with roti, puri, naan, lacha Parantha and rice etc.
