Masala Chole directions
- First of all, Wash the channas and Soak them overnight in water.....
- Now, Take a cooker, Add water and pinch of salt and Add soaked channas and also put tea bag in cooker....Close the lid and boil it for 2 -3 whistles....
- Now take a pan, Heat Oil..And then add cumin seeds, onions and ginger garlic paste and cook until turns golden brown......
- Then add salt, red chilli and turmeric powder and also tomato puree......Mix all well and cook until oil separates.....
- Add Boiled channas and little water and add Choley Masala and Cook for 15 minutes more.....
- Garnish with onions slices and Coriander leaves.....
- Serve hot with roti, puri, naan, lacha Parantha and rice etc.
