2. You need to prepare 1 cup of mix diced vegetables.
3. Prepare 1/2 cup of sweet and sour sauce.
4. You need to prepare 1/2 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds.
5. You need to prepare 2 clove of garlic/ crushed.
6. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce for eggs mixture.
7. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of oil to fry.

Kanya's Sweet and Sour Omelet directions

1. In sauce pan ,on medium heat ,add little oil enough to brown crushed garlic ,stir in diced mix vegetables ,add meat of your choice in this step ,cook until soft.

3. Springkels roasted sesame seeds,heat off,set aside.
4. Now use another pan ,set on low heat ,add little oil ,beat eggs and mix with soy sauce in mixing bowl ,gently add eggs into pan ,try roll eggs mixture around the pan ,make it as large as you can ,because we will use this eggs to stuff all veggies ,lets eggs set.
5. Heat off ,Add filling in the middle ,fold up all 4 corner.
