  6. Prepare leaves of Some dill.
  7. You need to prepare of Italian herbs.
  8. You need to prepare of Salt.
  9. You need to prepare of Black pepper.
  10. Prepare of Orange peel.
  11. Prepare of Strawberries.
  12. You need to prepare of Fried onions.
  13. Prepare 15 ml of Jack Daniel's Whiskey.
  14. Prepare of Greens (broccoli, beans, carrot).

Whisky Orange Lamb instructions

  1. Marinate the lamb with some olive oil, dill, salt,pepper, Greek yoghurt and thinly cut orange peel. Use some cinnamon and chilli as per taste. Let it rest for 15 mins.
  2. Place a pan on stove and let it heat.
  3. Put some olive oil and let it sit for a 10-15 seconds.
  4. Place the marinated lamb on pan.
  5. Place the onion, smashed garlic clove and sliced ginger on pan.
  6. Sprinkle 15 ml Jack Daniel's Whiskey (or any Irish whiskey of choice).
  7. Let one side cook until golden brown.
  8. Turn the lamb and cook until golden brown.
  9. When cooked, place on a plate.
  10. Sprinkle fried onions around the lamb on plate.
  11. Skewer fresh strawberry on the chopstick for garnish.
  12. Sprinkle some Italian herbs for garnish.
  13. Stir-fry greens and serve with the lamb.
