Considered a modern classic, it's more than just using gin in a Moscow mule: though it's close! This drink is part Mojito (fresh mint and simple syrup) and part Mule (lime and ginger beer).   1. You need to prepare 1 shot of Hendricks gin.
  2. Prepare 1 shot of blood orange cocktail mix.
  3. You need to prepare 1/4 of lime.
  4. Prepare of Couple of drops of bitter.
  5. You need to prepare of Couple of drops of agave syrup.
  6. Prepare 1/3 can of ginger beer.

NOTE: You can use a commercial brand of ginger beer instead of making the uncarbonated version below, but if you do, Saunders suggests reducing the simple syrup and picking a brand where the ginger isn't muddied by other flavors, such as Reed's. Gin, mint, and ginger; what's not to love? Developed around a decade ago by Pegu Club owner Audrey Saunders, the Gin Gin Mule now appears on the cocktail menus at dozens of bars around the world. A riff on the classic Moscow Mule, this version substitutes gin for vodka and adds the refreshing addition of muddled mint.
