2. You need to prepare 1/2 cup of Strawberry crush.

9. Prepare as needed of Mint leaves.
10. You need to prepare 2 of Grapes.
11. Prepare 1 of Cherry.
12. Prepare 1 of Sliced guava triangular piece.

Spicy guava beverage directions

1. Firstly wash and cut the guava in small cubes then blend in a mixture blender by adding salt, tamarind sauce red pepper powder, chat masala and little by little water.
2. Strain the guava mixture through a strainer, add strawberry crush and give a good mix to combine the strawberry crush with guava mixture well incorporate(don't blend after mixing strawberry crush to maintain a pulpy feel).
3. Adjust the consistency of beverage by adding little bit of water as needed..check the flavour of the beverage and add salt or spices if required.
4. Cut grapes and cherry into halves..take a skewer and insert grape halves and cherry pieces as shown and keep aside.
5. Rim the glass _take a half of lemon and rub at the edge of yo'rs serving glass..take pink salt in a few plate and spread thinly..hold the glass upside down and rotate on the thin layer of salt to stick the salt evenly.
6. Time to serve _take a tall glass pour guava beverage, garnish with a mint leaf, grape &cherry skewer and a guava slice at the edge.
7. Serve immediately.
8. You have not to give a straw in this beverage as salted rim glass gives a really fantastic mouth feel.
